Returns & Exchanges

At Sprints, we want you to love your gear as much as your workout. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
